The paint film is not completely dry and solid after drying (self-drying or drying), the paint film feels wet when touched by hand, the paint film is soft, does not reach the specified hardness or there are phenomena such as dryness on the surface and dryness on the inside.

Reason:

(1) The temperature and time of self-drying or drying do not meet the technological specifications.

(2) The self-drying place has poor ventilation, high humidity and low temperature.

(3) Apply too thickly at one time.

(4) There are many objects to be dried in the drying chamber, and workpieces with different heat capacities are dried in one drying chamber at the same time.

(5) There are wax, silicone oil, oil and water on the coated object.

Prevention:

(1) Strictly implement the drying process specifications.

(2) The technical state of the self-drying place and drying room shall meet the technological requirements.

(3) Coating several times, one should not be too thick.

(4) Workpieces with different heat capacities should have different drying specifications, and the loading capacity of the drying chamber should be controlled within a certain range.

(5) Strictly prevent oil, wax, water, etc. from the coating and compressed air from being brought into the coating.
